Realizing the value of information in today’s business world the translation center "Alfavit" stresses out the importance of securing its confidentiality. We have developed a number of comprehensive measures of protection of the information received from the Client, which are used
regardless to the fact whether Confidentiality contract between our company and the Client was signed or not.
The translation center "Alfavit" uses the following measures of information confidentiality
protection:
signing of the Confidence Agreement by all staff employees;
participation of only the most reliable free-lance
translators/interpreters with obligatory signing of the Confidence Agreement by each of them;
return or destruction of all materials for translation
at the moment the project is finished;
storage of information in protected digital database,
impossible to be accessed by 3rd party, and with access within the company limited by rigid regulations;
deletion of information from digital carriers and
destruction of documents immediately after handing-over of works in case of such instructions from the Client.
Thanks to the above measures, the translation center "Alfavit" guarantees security and
nondisclosure of confidential information, received for translation.
